Nestbox in three steps
Everything happens inside the tools you already use. There is no Talrin Apps account to create.
- 1
Open an email
Nestbox lives in the Gmail sidebar. Open any message and click the Nestbox icon to bring up the save panel.
- 2
Pick a Notion database
Choose the database the email should go to. Nestbox remembers your last choice so the next save is a single click.
- 3
Save to Notion
Nestbox creates a new page with the subject, sender, date, and formatted body. Attachments and a PDF copy of the email are added when those options are on.
What Nestbox can access, and why
Each permission is used for exactly one purpose. Your content is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for anything beyond the action you trigger.
The full details are in our privacy policy and terms of service.
Ask a question- The email you have open in Gmail
- Nestbox reads the message you have open to preview what will be saved, and sends it to Notion only when you click save. It never scans your inbox.
- Your Notion workspace
- You connect Notion with its native sign-in. Nestbox lists the databases you shared with it and creates pages in the one you pick. It does not read or edit other content.
- Add-on settings
- Nestbox remembers your last chosen destination database, and which emails you have already saved so it can show you where they went. Email content itself is never kept.
